Since the beginning of 2010, Acimex is subject of several management changes.
After the former CEOs' decision to retire in the end of 2009, Acimex was taken over by the Lefebvre CEF Holding, which integrates the segment mould manufacturer CBE Group, France, the specialist in machining, Meca Vega, France and CBE Asia in Peking, China.
This amalgamation will significantly increase Acimex’ market share in the field of vacuum handling devices.
Additionally, synergies within the group can be used in a more efficient way, and will thus have an economic impact for our customers.
New General Director has been appointed Philippe Kersimon, engineer of the University of Angers, who worked as Sales Director at Sapelem and CMCO since 1997.
